About the Founder
Hi, I’m Kasia — an expat mum and the founder of The Busy Bear Company.
Having built a family life across different countries, I know firsthand how important it is to have the right help at home — someone you trust with your children, your pets, and your personal space.
At The Busy Bear Company, we remain intentionally small, personal, and selective — developing our own housemaid training programme and taking the time to train, interview, and carefully match a limited number of outstanding housemaids with families seeking calm, reliable, long-term support at home.
